Clear terms for a private, manual review tool.

Effective August 18, 2026. These terms are between you and SHG LLC, the operator of Unfollow Tool.

Apple terms

Your license to the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your information

Only select an export that belongs to you and that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the files you choose and for protecting copies of them.

Manual review only

Unfollow Tool does not log in to Instagram, follow accounts, unfollow accounts, scrape Instagram, or automate profile activity. You decide whether to open an individual profile and whether to take any action yourself.

You agree to use the app lawfully and to follow the terms of any third-party service you use. Stop manual activity if Instagram presents a warning, challenge, or temporary limit.

Results

Results are informational and depend on the completeness and timing of the export. A current export can show whether one listed account follows another at the time the export was created. It does not necessarily prove when or why a relationship changed.

Premium subscriptions

Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple's App Store. The exact price and billing period are displayed before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting local app data or deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Premium features are available while Apple reports an active, verified entitlement. If a subscription expires, is canceled at the end of its paid period, or is revoked, the app returns to the free feature set. Locally stored review data is not intentionally deleted solely because Premium ends.

Availability and updates

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that Instagram's export format, profile pages, or third-party services will remain unchanged or continuously available.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every result is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHG LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for actions you take on a third-party service based on app results. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
